A Homeowner Run Website for the Trail Ridge Community in support of our Homeowners Association
Dolan Associates is the management company we pay to manage our association and make revenue from the payment of our dues. A website has never been established until now. This site was built and is paid for by a resident of the community due to the abundant need to inform other homeowners of the decisions being made by the board members and managed by Dolan Associates.
A formal request for all information may be pursued according to the guidelines established by the HOA and available within the Documents Section.
Hardly anybody goes door-to-door to say welcome to the neighborhood anymore. That's okay, we will use this platform to communicate and share ideas, photos, and get informed.

HOA's have a lot of power to control what you can do with your home and shared areas. That doesn't mean they should.
It's up to the Home Owners in the HOA to ensure that laws, bylaws, regulations, and ethics are followed accordingly.
Board Members should not be making decisions independent of the community they have pledged to support.
